-So here it how we will break it down -Partner A rows a 1k, Partner B rows a 1k, While partner A rests. When partner B is done with the row then partner A will begin thrusters and will finish all 50 then partner B will do all 50 thrusters. Partner A will do finish all 30 pull ups then B will do all of their pull ups.

-10 Rope Climbs (5 each)

-200m OH walking lunges (45/25) - *Each person must do equal work. The plate CANNOT touch the

In honor of Sally's Birthday I present to you...."Bring Sally up bring Sally down!"

As the song goes, with a barbell in the back rack position. We start at the bottom of the squat
upon hearing "bring Sally up" you stand up with the babrbell then upon hearing "bring Sally down"
you descend back into the bottom of your squat repeat this for the entire song!

Loading is 135/95
